Riyadh – Mubasher: National Gypsum Company’s board recommended the distribution of cash dividends at SAR 0.5 per share for the year 2016.

The dividends will be of a total value of SAR 15.83 million, representing 5% of the nominal value, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The eligibility of dividends concerns shareholders of record at the end of trading on the day of the general assembly’s meeting, which is scheduled to take place on 20 April, after getting the official approvals.

The company’s capital amounts to SAR 316.67 million, distributed over 31.67 million shares at SAR 10 per share.

Net profits reached SAR 17.1 million in 2016, down 16.83% from SAR 20.56 million in 2015.
